The X11L positions itself as a premium 4K Mini LED television with a native refresh rate of 144Hz. TCL offers the model in three sizes, including 75-inch, 85-inch, and 98-inch variants. TCL states that the television covers the full BT.2020 color space, aiming to deliver accurate and vibrant color reproduction. The display supports Dolby Vision IQ and HDR10+, which enhance contrast and brightness in compatible content. Depending on the size, the TV includes between 11,520 and 20,736 local dimming zones.

The company has not yet confirmed availability in other European countries and the United Kingdom.
