The X11L positions itself as a premium 4K Mini LED television with a native refresh rate of 144Hz. TCL offers the model in three sizes, including 75-inch, 85-inch, and 98-inch variants. The company designs the TV to deliver high-end visual performance through advanced display technologies and a refined ultra-slim design.

TCL states that the television covers the full BT.2020 color space, aiming to deliver accurate and vibrant color reproduction. The display supports Dolby Vision IQ and HDR10+, which enhance contrast and brightness in compatible content. Depending on the size, the TV includes between 11,520 and 20,736 local dimming zones.

The 98-inch version reaches a peak brightness of up to 10,000 nits in HDR mode. This specification places it among the brightest consumer televisions currently available. TCL uses its CSOT WHVA 2.0 panel technology to reduce reflections and maintain wide viewing angles.
