The new 14-inch model was initially previewed at CES 2026 and is now available worldwide. It replaces the earlier Yoga Slim 7x (14Q8X9) with updated hardware and improved efficiency.
The laptop combines Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X2 Elite processor with up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X-9523 RAM. As a result, this configuration delivers strong performance alongside high energy efficiency. Lenovo positions the device as a premium ultraportable for productivity and mobility.
Furthermore, a key highlight is the 70 Wh battery, which Lenovo claims can deliver over 24 hours of usage. Independent early impressions suggest that this figure is achievable under certain conditions. However, battery life may vary depending on display configuration and usage patterns.
In addition, the Yoga Slim 7x features a 14-inch OLED display available in two variants. The base option is a 1200p panel with a 60 Hz refresh rate and up to 500 nits HDR brightness. Meanwhile, a higher-end 2.8K OLED display offers a 120 Hz refresh rate and up to 1,100 nits peak HDR brightness.
However, Lenovo notes that the higher-resolution display may reduce battery life compared to the 1200p option. Therefore, the 2.8K upgrade comes at an additional cost. This allows users, in turn, to balance performance, visuals, and efficiency based on their needs.

Pricing for the Yoga Slim 7x varies significantly by region. In North America, the laptop starts at $1,739.99 in the United States and CAD 2,419 in Canada. These models include the Snapdragon X2 Elite X2E-88-100 processor and 32 GB of RAM as standard.
In contrast, other regions offer lower-cost entry configurations. The United Kingdom and parts of Europe start with Snapdragon X2 Plus variants paired with 16 GB of RAM. Retailers price these models at £1,050 in the UK and around €1,200 in Ireland.
Prices increase in other European markets, with Germany and France starting at €1,399 and €1,599 respectively. In Australia, retailers set the base configuration at AUD 2,269. These variations reflect differences in hardware configurations and regional pricing strategies.
