Lava Bold N2 Pro Launches in India with 120Hz Display and Unisoc T7250

The Lava Bold N2 Pro features a 6.67-inch LCD display with a 720p+ resolution. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate, delivering smoother scrolling and improved responsiveness. The screen is slightly smaller than the vanilla Bold N2, but retains a focus on fluid visuals.

The device uses the Unisoc T7250 chipset under the hood. It pairs this processor with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. However, it does not offer a storage expansion option, which limits flexibility for users with higher storage needs.

The smartphone runs Android 15 out of the box. Lava has committed to one major OS update, bringing the device to Android 16. It will also receive two years of security updates, extending support until 2028.

In terms of battery, the Bold N2 Pro retains a 5,000mAh capacity. It supports 18W wired charging, although the box includes only a 10W charger. This may result in slower charging speeds unless users purchase a faster adapter separately.

50MP Camera and INR 7,999 Price Highlight Budget Appeal

The Bold N2 Pro introduces a significant camera upgrade compared to the standard model. It features a 50-megapixel rear camera, offering improved image quality. On the front, the device includes an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

By comparison, the Bold N2 includes a 13-megapixel main camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. This makes the Pro variant a more attractive option for users prioritizing photography. The device also carries an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance.

Despite offering better specifications, the Bold N2 Pro is priced lower than its standard counterpart. The base variant with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at INR 7,999, approximately $85. This pricing positions it as a strong contender in the entry-level smartphone market.

The device is currently available for preorder through Flipkart. Buyers can choose between aurora gold and eclipse grey color options.

The launch reflects growing competition in the budget smartphone segment. Brands continue to focus on delivering higher specifications at lower prices. The Bold N2 Pro aligns with this trend by combining performance improvements with affordability.

As the market evolves, devices like the Bold N2 Pro highlight shifting consumer expectations. Features such as high refresh rate displays and improved cameras are becoming standard even at lower price points. Lava’s latest release aims to meet these demands while maintaining value.
