The Realme 16 Pro+ runs on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 system-on-chip. Realme reports that the processor has achieved an AnTuTu benchmark score of around 1.44 million points. The company pairs the chipset with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage, targeting users who prioritize multitasking and sustained performance.

Battery capacity is one of the device’s most notable highlights. The Realme 16 Pro+ packs a 7,000mAh battery, significantly larger than typical smartphones in its class. The battery supports 80W wired fast charging, allowing quicker top-ups despite the high capacity. Realme has not yet disclosed detailed charging time estimates.

The phone also emphasizes durability. It carries an IP69 Pro rating for dust and water resistance, offering protection against high-pressure water jets and challenging environments. Realme has additionally claimed improved audio output, though specific hardware details for speakers or audio tuning have not been published.

Display, Camera System, and Comparison With Realme 16 Pro

The front of the Realme 16 Pro+ showcases a 4D curved display with ultra-slim 1.48mm bezels. Realme states that the panel reaches a peak brightness of 6,500 nits, placing it among the brightest smartphone displays announced so far. Although the company has not confirmed the exact resolution in its latest update, Realme markets the display as a premium visual experience designed for comfortable outdoor use.

Camera hardware is another major focus. Realme previously confirmed the inclusion of a 200MP Samsung HP5 main camera sensor. The updated listing now adds a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, suggesting enhanced zoom capabilities compared to earlier models. Realme has not yet shared optical zoom specifications or additional camera modes.

The announcement follows closely after Realme revealed specifications for the standard Realme 16 Pro. That model is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Max 5G chipset and includes an AirFlow VC cooling system. Realme claims this setup allows the phone to achieve AnTuTu scores exceeding 970,000 points.

On the software side, the device runs Android 16-based Realme UI 7.0, which integrates AI features such as AI Recording, AI Framing Master, and Google Gemini support.

The Realme 16 Pro will be offered in Master Gold, Pebble Gray, and Orchid Purple color options. It also carries an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. With both models sharing large batteries and rugged protection, Realme appears focused on endurance and durability across the lineup.
