Bringing one of its newest premium thin-and-light models to buyers in the United States and United Kingdom. The updated machine combines Intel’s new Panther Lake processor platform, a 120Hz OLED display, and a lightweight design.
Originally announced during CES 2026 in January. The refreshed Swift 16 replaces last year’s model and aims to deliver stronger performance while keeping the sleek portability the Swift lineup is known for.
Acer’s biggest upgrade comes through the processor. The new Swift 16 uses Intel Panther Lake “X” chips, which are expected to offer noticeable gains in both CPU and graphics performance over the previous Lunar Lake generation.
That means users looking for better productivity speed. Smoother multitasking, and improved integrated graphics should see meaningful benefits compared with older Swift models.
For now, however, Acer appears to be selling only configurations based on the Intel Core Ultra X7 358H. Despite also announcing higher-end Core Ultra X9 388H options earlier in the year.
Even so, the currently available model still carries strong specifications and should satisfy many premium laptop buyers.
2.8K OLED Screen and Lightweight 16-Inch Design
One of the strongest features of the new Swift 16 is its display. Acer includes a 16-inch OLED panel with a sharp 2.8K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

Graphics duties are handled by Intel’s Arc B390 integrated GPU, which is included even on the Core Ultra X7 model currently being sold.

The entry configuration starts at $1,549 through Best Buy in the United States, while Acer’s own store lists the same model at $1,599.
