lucadelladora – Garmin has officially released software version 14.14 for the Garmin Instinct 3 AMOLED and Garmin Instinct 3 Solar series, introducing several new features alongside a range of bug fixes and system improvements.

The update arrives roughly three months after stable version 13.26, which previously introduced features such as:

Software version 14.14 now expands the smartwatch experience further with additional health, recovery, and productivity-focused tools.

New Stocks Glance and Recovery Features Added

One of the most notable additions is a new Stocks glance, allowing users to track selected stock tickers directly from their watch.

The feature enables quick viewing of current stock prices without needing to check a smartphone.

Garmin has also added:

  • Recovery Time glance
  • Morning Report card
  • Mobility app

The Recovery Time glance provides users with faster access to recovery recommendations following workouts and physical activities.

Meanwhile, the Morning Report card further expands Garmin’s personalized daily summary system by surfacing additional health and training information when users wake up.

Backup and Restore Now Supported

Another important addition in software version 14.14 is support for Backup and Restore.

This feature allows users to back up watch settings and restore them later, helping simplify device setup or recovery after resets.

Garmin also introduced support for Workout Execution Score, which provides more detailed feedback on workout performance and training quality.

These additions continue Garmin’s broader push toward deeper fitness analytics and training guidance across its smartwatch ecosystem.

Diving Activities Now Affect Training Guidance

Garmin says training recommendations have also been improved.

The updated system can now account for recent diving activities when generating training guidance and recovery suggestions.

This adjustment should help produce more accurate recommendations for users who regularly combine diving with other athletic activities.

The update also includes enhanced language translations across the system.

Multiple Bug Fixes Included

Alongside the new features, Garmin addressed several known issues affecting the Instinct 3 lineup.

According to the official changelog, fixes include problems related to:

  • inReach messaging
  • Interval Workouts
  • Navigation to saved locations

These stability improvements are intended to improve overall reliability and day-to-day usability for Instinct 3 owners.

Garmin confirmed through its official forums that software version 14.14 is now available globally for all users of the Instinct 3 AMOLED and Instinct 3 Solar smartwatches.

However, the company has not yet confirmed when the update will arrive for the Garmin Instinct Crossover series.

With new recovery tools, stock tracking, backup functionality, and improved training intelligence, version 14.14 represents one of the larger feature-focused updates released for the Instinct 3 lineup so far.
