This Pro model builds on the standard T-Rex 3 with notable upgrades tailored to endurance athletes. A new integrated dual-color flashlight provides visibility in dark environments and includes an SOS mode for emergencies. Bluetooth calling is now possible, thanks to the built-in microphone and speaker. Users can also benefit from enhanced navigation tools such as automatic route planning based on direction and distance.

The smartwatch supports over 180 sports modes, including the newly added Rucking activity. It also integrates with third-party platforms like Intervals.icu and includes a growing selection of Mini Apps. The upgraded GPS antenna enables more accurate positioning using six satellite systems. These features are designed to meet the demands of high-performance training and outdoor adventure.

Zepp OS 5.0 Powers Rugged Design with Long Battery Life and New Recovery Metrics

Running on Zepp OS 5.0, the Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro features vibrant AMOLED displays in both size variants. The 44 mm model offers a 1.32-inch screen, while the 48 mm version boasts a 1.50-inch panel. Both displays reach a peak brightness of 3,000 nits, outperforming the 2,000-nit limit of the standard T-Rex 3, making it easier to view under direct sunlight.

Battery life is a key strength. The 44 mm version packs a 640 mAh battery that lasts up to 19 days with typical use. The 48 mm model includes a 700 mAh battery, extending usage up to 25 days on a single charge. These figures make the T-Rex 3 Pro well-suited for extended trips and intensive use without frequent recharging.

Amazfit has also improved the build quality with premium materials. The watch now features sapphire glass for screen protection, along with titanium alloy bezels and buttons for enhanced durability. Another standout addition is the new BioCharge Energy metric, which helps users track their recovery following physical activity.
